BY-LAWS RMCOF INC.
Article I – Offices
The office of the Corporation shall be located in the City and State designated in the Articles of Incorporation. The Corporation may also maintain offices at such other places within or without the United States as the Board of Directors may from time to time, determine.

No dividends will be paid.
Article VII – Fiscal Year
The fiscal year of the Corporation shall be fixed by the Board of Directors from time to time subject to applicable law.

The corporate seal, if any, shall be in such form as shall be approved from time to time by the Board of Directors.

About Us
RMCOF, Rawalpindi Medical College Overseas Foundation is a charitable organization founded by the alumni of Rawalpindi Medical College that are practicing across the globe. RMCOF aims to facilitate the poor and ease their suffering, to improve health education, in Pakistan especially in and around the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
